BSGtech is a managed IT services provider based in Mt. Prospect, IL, serving businesses across the Chicago area and beyond. They came to us with a site that had been holding them back for years and a growing need to actually be found online by the right clients.
Challenge & solutions
The old site was a textbook case of a business that had outgrown its web presence. Page load times were painfully slow, the navigation had 20+ menu options with no clear hierarchy, and SEO errors were scattered throughout the backend. The messaging tried to say everything and ended up saying nothing. Prospects were landing on the site and leaving. Not because BSGtech wasn’t the right fit, but because the site couldn’t make the case for them.
We rebuilt the site from the ground up with a focus on three things: speed, clarity, and search visibility. The navigation was stripped down and restructured around how their clients actually think about IT services. Messaging was rewritten to speak directly to their target market — cutting the jargon and leading with outcomes. On the SEO side, we conducted full technical and on-page optimizations, correcting existing errors and building a foundation designed for sustainable organic growth.
